I’m Jasmin Sowell-Spears — a wife, mother of three, proud U.S. Army Veteran, and someone deeply committed to helping others grow from the inside out. Professionally, I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker, leadership consultant, and executive coach. But at my core, I’m someone who believes in creating space for transformation — in individuals, in teams, and in the systems we show up in every day.
As the Founder and CEO of Therapeutic Coaching with Jasmin, I bring over 12 years of leadership, coaching, and management experience to help people lead from their truth, not just their titles. My work isn’t transactional. It’s transformational. I help leaders unpack what’s holding them back so they can tap into their inner C.O.R.E. and lead with clarity, confidence,
and compassion.
Much of my work has been grounded in the world of education and youth development, supporting school leaders, nonprofit teams, and frontline professionals. I understand the emotional and strategic weight leaders carry, and I’ve built my practice around creating safe, supportive spaces where that weight can be examined, shared, and reimagined.
My approach integrates trauma-informed counseling with human-centered leadership development. Whether we’re coaching one-on-one, planning a strategic intervention for your organization, or navigating burnout and identity, I meet you where you are, with empathy and
evidence-based support.
I hold a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Master of Social Work from Fordham University. But the most important credential I bring to this work is my belief in people in their capacity to heal, to grow, and to lead with integrity and heart.
If you’re ready to lead from your C.O.R.E., I’d love to connect
